Bill Karambelas was Paul Harvey’s sound engineer for many, many years. Bill’s dad was a friend of Steve’s dad. So when our book was about to be released, the two dads talked and we sent a copy of our book to Bill Karambelas to put into Paul Harvey’s hands.
One day in the fall of 2006, our office phone rang. Steve answered and heard a familiar voice on the other end saying, “Steve, this is Paul Harvey.” Steve was in shock.
Mr. Harvey went on to say that he thought our book was going to help a lot of people and he wanted to promote it any way he could.

We were saddened in late 2008 when Mr. Harvey’s wife (he called her “my live in angel”) passed away and again when he died in January of 2009. His optimism and diligence will be greatly missed. Read more about Paul Harvey here.
