Eating dinner together as a family (even if there are only two of you) is an incredibly important time to reconnect, rejuvenate and bond. We know this isn’t possible every night, but the more you work at the better it is for everyone. We love eating together as a family so much that we filled an entire chapter in our book, Cut Your Grocery Bill in Half with America’s Cheapest Family, with information about the benefits of eating together and a list of things we do to make meal time fun.
Our Fun Dinner Activities List includes things like:
- Reading great chapter books (we provide a list of our favorites)
- Reading interesting newspaper stories
- Listening to uplifting podcasts
- Playing Mad Libs
Take our Poll:
How many times do you normally eat dinner together each week?
thanks for answering honestly – there’s no judgment or condemnation here.
