NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Still having pausing issue across different devices/ brands, makes and models so scripts and built in is not the issue. Widget STILL needs to adjust font size according to widget size. CAN'T play on multiple devices even in MY own home AND even with PAID subscription. Preferred the slacker color scheme. Stops itself when the screen turns off, or just simply changes screens. Starts itself without input... Slacker worked much better overall. STOP TRYING TO BLAME THE DEVICE!!

Still love this app, but that glitch where songs go silent is still there. I thought it was just an offline playlist issue, but it's not. This also happens on the albums themselves. I was listening to an individual Evanescence album and two songs went silent just a few seconds in. Specifically "Bring Me To Life" and "Going Under" but this also happened with a Loretta Lynn album too.

(Edit, for response) Dear Slacker, If your fees have not increased then why did my $9.99 subscription use to let me have downloads, ad free, and on demand, now require me to purchase the $20+ subscription?? Slice that however you want, but to me, that's increasing your fees! Fees are now equivalent to Pandora, which offers more features and also offers more songs. And YES when this change was made other (unwanted) songs were added to Playlists. I could no longer access particular songs! THANKS!

We do apologize, but there is no upgrade from the $9.99 monthly Premium subscription. That is the highest level of service and features that we have. It sounds like you are viewing on of our other plans and getting confused. The best way to assist us in helping you is to have you send an email to support@slacker.com.
